Experience

Mr. Antonio Arrascue has held the position of lawyer in Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano Abogados since january 2005. His work focuses to a complete assessment of national and international enterprises of different related fields of the economic activity, primary in social, commercial and contractual issues, as well as the design of legal structure for the beginning and/or development of their activities in the country.

Part of his work consists in the development of due dilegence processes, for the adquisition or financing of enterprises and business transference. His experience includes the representation and promotion of enterprises in lawsuits related to civil contracts and responsibility.

He has integrated the Board of Directors of the Advocatus Magazine, edited by students of the University of Lima’s law departament, as Economic Director (july 2003 - january 2004).
