Andrea Madueño´s principal expertise is in Tax Law. Her work focuses on advising clients on tax matters, as well as on administrative proceedings before the Tax Administration and the Tax Court.
Her practice also encompasses the tax planning of domestic and foreign investments, and the analysis of the tax consequences that these activities might give rise.
She was an associate attorney at Jorge Avendaño Abogados' tax and commercial divisions during 2001 and 2005. Besides, she has been a assistant professor of the course on Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
