Experience
Mr. Manayalle has held the position of counsel in Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano since January 2005. His principal expertise is in Regulation of Public Services and Public Use Infrastructure (particularly in electricity and transportation infrastructure as ports, airports, roads and railways), Free Competition Law and Administrative Law.
He advises companies under the supervision of the Public Services Regulatory Entities, by answering to queries and representing them in auctions and sanctioning and three-side administrative proceedings. His work also focuses on the preparation and review of contracts executed by regulated companies.
In the academic field, he is an assistant professor of the “Regulatory State and Enterprise” and “Free Competition Law” courses in the Master of Business Law Program of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. From 2003 to 2004, he served as Content Director of Themis Law Review.
