Experience

Andrés Pesaque joined the staff of Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano on August 2007 as junior associate. His principal expertise is on corporate finance, project finance, securities market, banking, M & A , Corporate and Civil Law.

His practice is orientated to general corporate advisory, focusing in legal counseling for debt issuance, IPOs, bank finaning (syndicated and multilateral lending), securities trading in secondary markets, mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, he is involved in rendering legal advise sought by institutional and corporate clients on specific corporate matters and in the performance of due diligences.

Andres Pesaque was an intern in the Mining Department at Estudio Ferrero Abogados (2004) and in the Corporate Finance Department of Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano (2004-2007).
