Experience

Worked on issues pertaining to Regulation, Public Utilities and Free Competition, as well as on cases concerning mergers, joint ventures, liquidations, including participation in procedures before the Peruvian Courts (i.e. notifications, responses to statements of objection, oral hearings and complaints). Involved in a team of three for the recovery of assets owed to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) concerning debts amounting to approximately US$ 8 million, as well as counseling clients, such as Sodexho, DHL and Bax Global, in licensing and regulatory compliance.
