Experience

Mr. César Lengua is specialized in Labor Law, both at an individual and collective level. In these fields, his professional practice is related to advising companies in contracting and extinction of labor relationships, salary policy, deduction of labor costs, labor planning in general, negotiation of claims and attention of unions' issues. Likewise, he has also wide experience in managing administrative and judicial proceedings related to labor claims.

In the last years, Mr. Lengua has developed within the mining sector, acquiring great experience in labor issues pertaining to these activities. Specifically, Mr. Lengua is specialist in matters related to labor accidents and professional diseases.

The knowledge developed in the area of Human Resources allows him to complement the legal advise provided with the perspective derived from the performance of people within the company.
