Experience

Mr. Monteza has a solid experience in the areas of Public Services Regulation in general, and Telecommunications in particular.

He advises companies under the supervision of the Public Services Regulatory Entities, by answering to queries and representing them in sanctioning and three-side administrative proceedings. His work also focuses on the preparation and review of contracts executed by regulated companies.

Mr. Monteza was an intern at Santander Central Hispano Bank (2003), at Petróleos del Peru - PETROPERU S.A. (2004) Public Contracts Departament, and at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano's Public Services Regulation Department (2004).
