Experience

She holds the position of Associate in Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados since June 2006. Her principal expertise is in Mining and Environmental Law. Her practice is mainly focused on the advisory of mining companies in their exploration and exploitation activities.

Her experience includes providing legal advisory to domestic and foreign companies from different industries, mainly in Administrative, Corporate, Commercial, Environmental and Energy Law. Likewise, her work involves the development of due diligence processes, analyzing the most prominent aspects for the acquisition and transfer of businesses.

Since July 2001 she has been a trainee in the Public Notary of Ana María Vidal Hermoza, in Burns, Pacheco, Funcke Law Firm and in the Inhouse Legal Council of Empresas Comerciales S.A. (BATA) and EDEGEL S.A. (Endesa Group).
