Mr. Orezzoli's principal expertise is in Litigation, and Criminal and Constitutional Law, and, in general, in any kind of proceeding, including arbitration. His work focuses on the initiation, follow-up and evaluation of any kind of judicial proceedings (civil, criminal, contentious-administrative, constitutional and arbitration), acting as counsel for the plaintiff or defendant.

In many cases, his work includes the negotiation, mediation or court or out-of-court settlement of the claims in dispute, as well as the preparation of the most convenient procedural strategies for the suitable protection of the rights of each client.

Moreover, Mr. Orezzoli has lectured judges and members of courts in specialization courses organized by the National Magistrate Academy.
