Experience

Ernesto Cardenas helds the position of Junior Associate at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados since March 2007.

His principal expertise is in labor law, advising clients on foreign and local staff‘s recruitment, downsizing labor costs, wage planning, labor links extinction.

He was a trainee in KPMG Grellaud and Luque Abogados and in Ernst & Young, where he worked as a Labor Area Assistant since February 2006 to February 2007.

He has been, as well, a teaching assistant of different courses of Labor Right in the Law Department of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
