Experience

Mr. López Sandoval has extensive experience in representing corporate and institutional clients in corporate finances, mergers and acquisitions, stock market and corporate and commercial matters in general, as well as in advising foreign investors in privatization processes and delivery under concession of state-owned companies.

He has participated in a variety of public and private processes involving the issuance of securities, structuring of asset securitization transactions and trust funds. Moreover, he has participated in arbitration proceedings at the Lima Stock Exchange and the Lima Commodities Exchange.

Between 1998 and 2004, he worked as an associate at Estudio Llona & Bustamante, Abogados.

In the academic field, he has been a professor of the Corporate Finance course since 2003 at the Law School of Universidad de Lima, where he has also served as assistant professor of the Commercial Law III course (1996-2000).
