Experience

Mr. Salazar has held the position of counsel in Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano since January 2005. His principal expertise is in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.

His work focuses on providing general legal advice to companies. He also advises clients in mergers, acquisitions and business reorganization transactions.

Moreover, he participates in the design of the most convenient legal structures for companies initiating activities, and answers queries on Commercial Law (Corporate Law, Contracts and Stock Market).

Mr. Salazar was an intern at the legal department of Andersen Legal (2002) and Valle & Grimaldo Abogados (2002-2003). He also received practical instruction at the Corporate Law Department of Benites, De las Casas, Forno & Ugaz Abogados.

In addition, he served as Executive Director of Ius et Veritas, a law magazine edited by the students of the School of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2003).
