Experience

Mr. Lohmann Gandini's work focuses on the initiation, follow-up and evaluation of judicial and arbitration proceedings in civil and comercial matters. His work includes the preparation of the most convenient strategies for each client, while acting as counsel for the plaintiff or the defendant.

He also advises clients on the preparation of the appropriate documents, and his practice encompasses the representation of clients in judicial, constitutional or arbitration litigation.

In addition, Mr. Lohmann Gandini participates in the preparation and review of contracts, and answers queries on Civil and Comercial Law matters, including contracts, liability and obligations in general.

He is also an assistant professor of the In Rem Rights course at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
