Experience

Mr. Blume’s principal expertise is in Labor law. His work focuses on advising clients on foreign and local staff‘s recruitment, downsizing labor costs, wage planning, labor links extinction, among others.

Prior to joining Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados, he was a trainee at Echecopar Law Firm from August 2004 to July 2007.

He was a member of Themis – Revista de Derecho, a law review edited by the students of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2004 - 2005).

In addition, he represented Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in the Model United Nations Organized by Harvard University (2005 - 2006).
