Mr. Chiarella is an expert in Tax Law and represents both local and foreign clients in taxation, legal and commercial matters.
In particular, he has extensive experience in tax planning, and in providing advice to corporations and individuals on issues such as Income Tax, Value-Added Tax, taxes levied on wages and salaries, social security contributions, and foreign and corporate investment regulations, among others.
Professor of the Business Taxation Course in the Business Law Certification Program of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú between the years 2002 and 2004.
