Experience

Mr. De Vinatea has held the position of associate at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados since July, 2007. His practice encompasses representing clients in contractual, corporate and commercial matters. Mr. De Vinatea has experience in representing local and foreign clients in direct and syndicated loan transactions.

Mr. De Vinatea has participated in the design and negotiation of several mergers and acquisitions, as well as in advising foreign investors in privatization processes and public infrastructure and public services concessions.

Previously, Mr. De Vinatea has worked in the Corporate, Financial and Privatization and Concessions areas of Rosselló Abogados (2001-2006).

In the academic field, he has been a professor of Civil Law at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2003-2005). In addition, he has served as Director of Ius et Veritas, a law magazine edited by the students of the School of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2003).
