Experience

Mr. García-Ribeyro has held the position of counsel in Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados since January 2005. His work focuses on the initiation, follow-up and evaluation of all kinds of court proceedings (civil, contentious-administrative, constitutional and arbitration), while acting as counsel for the plaintiff or the defendant.

In several cases, his work includes the negotiation, mediation or court or out-of-court settlement of the claims in dispute, as well as the preparation of the most convenient procedural strategies in order to secure the suitable protection of the rights of each client.

Mr. García-Ribeyro was an intern at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados' Civil and Criminal Litigation and Corporate Departments (1999).
