Experience

Julio Guadalupe has a degree in law from University of Lima with professional specialized studies from the National School of Customs (ENA). He has been manager of Ernst & Young’s Customs and Foreign Trade area; chief lawyer in charge of the Customs and Foreign Trade area of KPMG – Grellaud & Luque Lawyers and associate lawyer in Ferrero Law Firm involved in customs and foreign trade issues.

Throughout his professional trayectory he has fulfilled advising, consulting, planning and compliance work in customs and foreign trade issues to important mining, fishing, hydrocarbons, consumption, telephony, pharmaceutical firms, among others.

Mr. Guadalupe is also teacher of AELE Group (tax analysis) and of University of Lima (Master's degree and professional extension courses); lecturer in events organized by SUNAT in customs tax issues, as well as in several business associations and universities; collaborator in several consulting groups for analysis of customs and foreign trade laws, which were called for both public and private sectors; author of different published articles in law magazines and customs and foreign trade specialized magazines.
