Experience
Mr Servan's principal expertise is in Labor and Constitutional Law. His activities include the advising company in labour, migratory and pension aspects, as well as the sponsorship in constitutional processes and in all sorts of labour conflicts, to extrajudicial level, in collective negotiation, in administrative headquarters or in judicial way.
Since 2002 he is a Professor of General Theory of Law at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP). Furthermore, he is a Professor of Law and Philosophy in the PUCP and Professor of Juridical Reasoning and Constitutional Law at Judicial Academy of Peru.
He has integrated the labour area of Rubio, Leguia, Normand & Asociados lawyer's firm (1997-2004), has been consultant in judicial matter for international organisations and has given services as academic attendee of the Judicial Academy of Peru.
Mr Servan has been exhibitor in topics of his speciality in Peru and abroad, and has realized studies of doctorate in Law at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Toledo, Spain, under the sponsorship of the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation - AECI, being in the stage of investigation for the obtaining of the corresponding degree.
