Mr. Trelles is working as an associate at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados since January 2003. His principal expertise is in Corporate and Banking Law, Stock Market and Mergers and Acquisitions.
His work focuses on providing legal advice to companies in general matters, as well as in financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and company reorganization.
Mr. Trelles has participated in the structuring of various mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence processes, drafting of shareholders' agreements and share purchase agreements, and in the negotiation of adjustments made to the final terms of the transaction.
Moreover, he has represented Wiese Aetna (currently In Vita) in the sale of its general insurance business to Rímac Internacional Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros.
