| Experience Mr. Arbulú's work often focuses on Individual and Collective Labor Law; claim negotiation; labor cost reduction; wage policy; training and assistance in court and administrative procedures of a labor nature; and situation analysis of companies undergoing privatization and reorganization processes. He has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Ministry of Labor (1980-1990, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1999); and of the Peruvian Delegation before the Annual Conference of the ILO (1985, 1986 and 1987). Mr. Arbulú has also held the position of judge and alternate member of the Labor Court (1980-1990); and has served in the Labor Committee of the Lima Bar Association.
