Mr. Amico's principal expertise is in Commercial Law and International Trade. His practice started in Lima, from 1975 to 1990, followed by a stay in Madrid, from 1990 to July 2001. He returned to Lima in August 2001 and has been working at the Law Firm's Lima office ever since. During his first period as a practicing lawyer in Lima, his worked focused mainly on International Trade, and served as professor of this field of law at Universidad de Lima , Escuela de Administración de Negocios para Graduados (ESAN) and Escuela de Comercio Exterior of Asociación de Exportadores. During the same period, he lectured on International Trade at various forums and participated in a series of legislative projects, many of which were promoted by Fondo de Promoción a las Exportaciones (FOPEX), where he served as external advisor. From 1990 to 2001, he practiced in the Madrid office, where his work was focused on Commercial Law, without this affecting his practice in Foreign Trade matters. In August 2001, he returned to the Lima Office, where his practice encompasses representation and advice in commercial and foreign trade matters. Memberships Lima Bar Association.
