Mrs. Mariella de la Torre’s principal expertise is in Tax Law. She joined Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados in August 2007.

Her experience focuses in providing tax advise, tax planning, assistance during fiscal audits and tax proceedings before the Peruvian Tax Office and Judiciary.

Between the years 1999 and 2007, she was a senior associate at Miranda & Amado Abogados and Estudio Ferrero Abogados, focusing her practice in tax advising and planning for mining companies.

Professor of the Income Tax Course of the Universidad de Lima in year 2004.
