Mr. Carrasco's work focuses on the initiation, follow-up and evaluation of all kinds of proceedings (civil, contentious-administrative, constitutional and arbitration), representing the plaintiff or the defendant. He is an expert in Civil Litigation, and Constitutional Law, and, in general, in any kind of litigation, including arbitration. In many cases, his practice encompasses the negotiation, mediation or out-of-court or court settlement of the claims in dispute, and is responsible for designing the procedural strategies for the suitable protection of the rights of each client.
Moreover, he has been an assistant professor of the Civil Litigation Course at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2000-2001), and is currently a professor of the Civil Litigation Course at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).
