| Experience Mr. Vidurrizaga advises companies on commercial and financial transactions, and his principal expertise is in Corporate Law, International Practice, Civil Litigation and Arbitration, Banking and Financial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Civil Law. He has participated in a variety of bank mergers and in the acquisition of several companies, as a member of the legal team representing foreign corporations, by structuring various legal instruments such as contracts, guaranties and bond issuances. His practice encompasses representation in civil matters, and has advised companies in the negotiation of several contracts and commercial transactions. Moreover, he represents companies in litigation and arbitration proceedings related to contracts and civil liability cases.
