Experience
Ms. Sattler is a specialist in Public Services Regulation, Free Competition, and Administrative Law (Bidding Proceedings, Infrastructure and Public Services Works Concessions).
She was a member of the team of lawyers called by PROMCEPRI to prepare the Preliminary Draft of the Expropriation General Law. She was also part of the working team hired by Comité Red Vial Nacional COPRI to prepare the Bidding Conditions and Draft Concession Agreement for the Construction and Exploitation of Road Network N° 5.
Moreover, she has represented clients from the private sector, in a variety of privatization and concession processes, with a special emphasis on public bidding proceedings referred to sanitation, railroad transportation and electric transmission projects.
This representation included the negotiation of the appropriate concession agreement with the Peruvian Government, the negotiation of project financing contracts with financial entities, as well post - privatization counseling, including the advice provided to the concessionaire regarding regulatory agencies and the granting entity.
From March to December 1997, she served as assistant professor of the Seminar on Tax Law Integration at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
From February to November 2001, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Empresa Petróleos del Perú S.A. - PETROPERU S.A.
From July to December 2002, she served as professor of the Project Finance Course at the Law School of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
