Another significant experience in the banking sector includes representation in administration and liquidation proceedings involving financial system companies, having participated in all the liquidation proceedings brought in recent years, representing clients such as The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation of the United States of America, Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), Sudamericano Bolsa SAB, Banco Mercantil de Venezuela and Colonial Bank, as well as a variety of banks, mutual funds and local investment funds.
