Members of the Labor Law Practice Group of Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados have significant experience in the recruitment of local and foreign personnel, collective bargaining, personnel reduction, consultancy and establishment of wage and labor policies.
This experience covers topics as the reduction of extra costs in the labor field for companies who are carrying out operation activities, as well as for the ones to be incorporated, and also migratory labor issues for the contracting and residence of foreign employees in Peru.
The Labor Law Practice Group has been involved in different privatization processes of state-owned companies, by participating in the labor analysis and review of such cases, which are then subject to the consideration of the bidding companies.
