Bruno Baigorria’s practice focuses in banking and capital markets financing transactions, such as private and public securities offerings, syndicated facilities, securitizations and project finance.
He acts as legal counsel to financial institutions as underwriters in multiple domestic debt securities offerings across various industries, including financial services, real estate, energy and agriculture. He also advices local and foreign financial institutions in domestic regulatory securities matters.
He has represented Latin American (Peru, Mexico, Paraguay, etc.) issuers, as well as foreign financial institutions acting as initial purchasers, in securities offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act. Bruno has advised Latin American companies, acting as borrowers in multiple cross border financing transactions under the law of the state of New York.
