Carla Valdivia specializes in labor consultancy.
She counsels companies on compensation planning, labor cost overruns reduction, hiring domestic and foreign workers, immigration matters, work separation procedures, and compliance with employment and labor obligations.
She assists companies with social security matters, administrative procedures, labor inspections and judicial processes of labor nature. Furthermore, she assists on implementing outsourcing systems for company activities (outsourcing of services and labor intermediation), and carrying out audits to verify compliance with labor obligations by contractor companies.
Carla has been assistant professor of General Labor Law at the School of Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2008-2011).
