He has advised and led collective negotiations for several companies in the mining and energy sector.
He provides consulting services and permanent coordination to human resources managers to elaborate and implement plans and strategies for labor relations in general. He also counsels in developing and implementing process strategies, as well as in the defense and oral litigation in labor processes and/or administrative labor procedures.
