Labor
Daniel Francisco specializes in labor law with an emphasis on personnel hiring, labor terminations and immigration issues.
He participates in issues related to hiring national and foreign personnel, labor terminations, social security, labor policies implementation and audits.
He counsels on corporate immigration, and has extensive experience in obtaining work and family visas, extension and cancellation of residencies, as well as in the regularization of the migrant status of expatriates.
Daniel teaches the courses of Corporate Labor Law and Foreign Personnel Hiring and Corporate Immigration at ESAN University.
He has published articles and provided opinions in forums, magazines, newspapers and television on topics of his specialty.
