Daniel Francisco specializes in labor law with an emphasis on hiring and immigration issues.
He participates in issues related to hiring national and foreign personnel, labor untying, social security, labor policies implementation and audits.
He counsels on corporate immigration, and has extensive experience in obtaining work and family visas, extension and cancellation of residencies, as well as in the regularization of the migrant status of expatriates.
Daniel has been an assistant professor in the labor law course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and a regular participant in the youth social dialogue table of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion and has published articles and provided opinions in forums, magazines, newspapers and television on topics of his specialty.
