Eduardo Ramos specializes in matters of electricity, oil and gas, with emphasis on public infrastructure and mining, and public services regulation.
He particularly advises oil, energy and investment funds companies on the negotiation of hydrocarbons contracts (licenses, JOA, Farm-In/Farm-Out), electricity contracts (PPA and construction, operation and maintenance of electrical facilities), as well as tenders and administrative procedures before ProInversión and regulating agencies.
He has extensive experience in financing, development, operation, acquisition and sale of energy projects, acting on behalf of the seller, buyer, and multilateral entities, as well as in strategy planning for mining-energy and industrial projects licensing and their hydrocarbons (fuels and gas) and electricity supply.
Eduardo was a scholarship holder and supervisor at PETROPERU S.A. (2005-2006), as well as OSINERGMIN Supervisor (2007-2009).
