Iván Blume specializes in labor and employment law, immigration and privacy and data protection issues.
He counsels companies on national and foreign personnel hiring, labor costs reduction, compensation planning and equality, termination of work relations, internal investigations, privacy and personal data protection. He assists in inspection and audit processes, and administrative and judicial procedures related to his specialty.
He has been International Visiting Lawyer of the Corporate & Securities area at Dechert LLP, New York (2013-2014), and consultant of Corporate area at Posse Herrera Ruiz, Bogota, Colombia (2014-2015).
Ivan is a professor at the Graduate School of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Universidad ESAN. He has also been a member of The Journal of Law expert panel on immigration since 2011.
He has published the book Igualdad Salarial entre mujeres y hombres en el Perú (Equal Pay for men and women in Peru) (2010), as well as several articles on issues of his specialty.
