Juan Diego García Montúfar specializes in mergers and acquisitions, project finance and corporate finance.

His practice focuses on acquisition, sale and joint venture agreements, financing contracts and due diligence processes.

Juan Diego also provides general advice to national and foreign companies on civil, commercial and corporate contractual matters.

He has been Head of Internship in several courses of Civil Law (Contracts – General Part, Typical Contracts, Legal Act, among others) at the Law School of the Universidad de Lima. He is also an associate member of the Civil Association ADV Editores – Advocatus Magazine.
