Laura Zúñiga specializes in infrastructure, public services, energy, and antitrust regulation.
She counsels on privatization processes and concession of infrastructure works and public services, projects finance granted by the Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment (ProInversión) from the application stage to the financial closing, as well as on public-private partnerships (APP) financing operations.
She assists all kinds of companies in obtaining governmental licenses, permits and authorizations needed to develop their operations.
Laura teaches Business and Investment Planning at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
