Natalia Gallardo specializes in public private partnerships, regulation of public services, formulation of public and private investment projects, and project finance.
She counsels infrastructure companies on regulatory matters. Also, advises national and foreign companies in public tenders and tenders for the granting of concessions, and on the preparation of public and private initiatives.
Likewise, she specializes in the negotiation and execution of public-private partnerships contracts, administrative law, financing and contractual management of projects, especially in the field of public services.
She has been an international lawyer at Chadbourne & Parke LLP (2017) and Winston & Strawn LLP (2017-2018) in New York, where she worked in the Corporate area for Latin America. She is a professor in the Introduction to Applied Law course at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC).
