Patrick Pinedo specializes in white collar crime litigation.
He represents clients before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Judiciary in cases related to white collar crime (taxes, customs, and bankruptcy, among others), mainly. He analyzes criminal liability in corporate scope, cases of legal entities and their governing bodies.
He was professor in the 4th Advanced Specialization Course on Criminal Law and Procedural Law (2014) at the Continuing Education Center of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and in the Training Course on Organized Crime addressed to the Public Prosecutor’s Office. He was also an assistant teacher of Criminal Law – Special Part and Criminal Procedural Law at the Law School of such university.
Patrick has collaborated in academic matters with the German Development Cooperation Agency (GIZ), and authored several legal articles on criminal and constitutional law.
