Renato Gil specializes in Litigation and Arbitrations.

He counsels on judicial and arbitration processes. Specifically, he designs and implements legal defense strategies, as well as represents clients in administrative-contested, civil, commercial, constitutional and arbitration processes.

Renato has been an officer of INDECOPI Legal Management, leading the legal defense of said entity in different legal and arbitration processes. Additionally, he did advisory work for the High Direction and Directors Council. He holds the position of Technical Secretary of the Ethics Committee of said entity.
