Corporate and Commercial
Ursula Ben-Hammou is a corporate attorney and leads our Communications and Institutional Relations department, as well as our Diversity Committee.
As a lawyer, she specializes in corporate, foreign investment and contract matters. She counsels on civil and commercial matters, financing, corporate reorganizations, corporate acquisitions and stability agreements with the State.
She assists in cases on corporate matters for the establishment and development of operations in Peru.
She is mentoring ocer on The Women Lawyer’s Interest Group of the International Bar Association. She is also Chairman of the Diversity Committee of the Peruvian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
Ursula was deputy editor for Chambers & Partners Latin America in London, being responsible for legal market research processes in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Venezuela and Latin America. She was legal fellow at the Inter-American Investment Corporation of the IDB Group in Washington D.C.
