Holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2007), an LL.M in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law (2008) and an MBA from Adolfo Ibañez School of Management (2016).

He advises clients on concessions and public private partnerships related to infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in project bidding, financing and development, with a particular focus negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction management  agreements (EPC) on behalf of clients. He represents clients in arbitration proceedings related to investment matters, concessions, legal stability and investment protection agreements.
