Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 00009-2020-OEFA/CD was adopted, which resolves to repeal the Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 015-2013-OEFA/CD that adopted the Regulation on Notification of Administrative Acts by email of the Environmental Assessment and Control Agency (OEFA)

On June 21, the Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 00009-2020-OEFA/CD was adopted, which resolves to repeal the Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 015-2013-OEFA/CD that adopted the Regulation on Notification of Administrative Acts by email of the Environmental Assessment and Control Agency-OEFA.

In accordance with the provisions of this, the applicant may expressly authorize being notified by email and such notification shall be deemed valid when OEFA receives the reply of receipt from the email address indicated by the applicant or is generated automatically by the technological platform or information system that guarantees its execution. If such a reply is not received within a maximum period of two (2) working days from the day following notification by email, OEFA shall proceed to notify by ballot in a personal manner.

If the applicants do not give their express permission for an email to be used, the notification must be personal.

On the other hand, the OEFA has made available a new Virtual Court Registry web platform, through which documents may be submitted at any time, from any device and anywhere.
