Passing the fishery and aquaculture subsector environmental management regulation
Pursuant to Supreme Executive Order (DS) No. 012-2019-PRODUCE published on Sunday, August 11, 2019, it is set forth to pass the Fishery and Aquaculture Subsector Environmental Management Regulation.
It regulates the environmental management, the conservation and the use of hydrobiological resources in the development of investment projects and fishery and aquaculture subsector activities. Likewise, it regulates instruments of environmental management and related administrative procedures.
The regulation comes into effect today Monday, August 12, 2019.
