“By virtue of Supreme Executive Order No. DS 010-2019-PRODUCE published on Sunday, July 14, 2019, the new Regulation of Act No. 30063 – Act of Creation of the Peruvian Administration of Fishery Health (SANIPES) was approved. It was established a 180-business-day term for the Health and Safety standards including the creation of administrative procedures to be approved.
Upon this publication, the previous Regulation approved by Supreme Executive Order No. 012-2013-PRODUCE, excepting Sections 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 26, is repealed on the enforcement date of the pertinent standards.
Finally, it should be mentioned that, in terms of the penalty system, its pertinent Regulation shall be governed.”
