Provision on prohibition of physical transfer or change of location of fishmeal and fish oil plants is amended
Through Ministerial Resolution RM No. 177-2020-PRODUCE published on Sunday, June 14, RM 409-2003-PRODUCE was amended to regulate the prohibition of the physical transfer or change of location of industrial fishing establishments engaged in indirect human consumption (fishmeal and fish oil plants).
With this new provision, the prohibition of the physical transfer or change of location extends only to ports or bays and areas of influence area of Paita, Sechura, Chimbote and Pisco (Paracas).
