The draft “Regulations on Health Infringements and Sanctions in Fisheries and Aquaculture of SANIPES” was published for opinion
On September 25, Resolution of the Executive Presidency No. 065-2020-SANIPES/PE was published on the website www.sanipes.gob.pe, through which the draft “Regulations on Health Infringements and Sanctions in Fisheries and Aquaculture of the National Fishery Health Organization – SANIPES” was published for the opinion of any interested party.
The deadline for issuing an opinion is 30 calendar days from publication and may be submitted directly to the SANIPES for the attention of the Directorate of Health for Fisheries and Aquaculture Regulations and/or through the e-mail address: normativa.dsnpa@sanipes.gob.pe.
