1. Ministerial Order No. 015-2019-PRODUCE is amended. By virtue of Ministerial Order No. 105-2019-PRODUCE published on March 23, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, the Ministerial Order No. 015-2019-PRODUCE is amended. This stipulates jack mackerel and chub mackerel catch limits applicable to fishing activities performed by any fleet type within 2019; and determines additional provisions.
1. Regulation of the Fishing Vessel Satellite Monitoring System (SISESAT) is amended. By virtue of Ministerial Order No. 069-2019-PRODUCE published on March 2, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, items 1, 2 and 3 from Annex 2, “Minimum Technical Specifications” of SISESAT Regulation, approved by Supreme Executive Order No. 001-2014-PRODUCE, are amended.
2. Guidelines for monitoring arapaima from aquaculture are approved. By virtue of Ministerial Order No. 071-2019-PRODUCE published on March 12, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, Guidelines for monitoring arapaima (Arapaima gigas) from aquaculture are approved as an Annex of said Ministerial Order.
The Regional Divisions of the Production or its administrations acting sometimes as Regional Government throughout the country, as well as the General Divisions of Aquaculture and Supervision, Control and Sanction of the Office of the Vice-Minister of Fishery and Aquaculture of the Ministry of Production, upon their respective competences, shall ensure strictly the compliance of the provisions set forth in this Ministerial Order.
3. Draft of Administrator’s Order is stipulated to be published. By virtue of Administrator’s Order No. 028-2019-SANIPES-PE published on March 17, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, the draft of Administrator’s Order is stipulated to be published. This approves the “Health Regulation establishing visible parasites control measures in the process of frozen fish for direct human consumption”, as well as the Presentation of Grounds on the website of the Peruvian Administration of Fishery Health (SANIPES). www.sanipes.gob.pe
4. Resignation of SANIPES Administrator is accepted and functions are entrusted. By virtue of Supreme Executive Order No. 004-2019-PRODUCE published on March 28, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, the resignation of Mónica Patricia SAAVEDRA CHUMBE as Administrator of the Peruvian Administration of Fishery Health (SANIPES) is accepted, and María del Carmen ABREGÚ BÁEZ, Vice-Minister of Fishery and Aquaculture of the Ministry of the Production is entrusted with SANIPES functions as long as a new Administrator is appointed.
5. Person in charge of FONDEPES transparency portal development and updating is appointed. By virtue of the Director’s Order No. 027-2019-FONDEPES/J published on March 22, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, Félix Arturo CHÍA REYNAGA, IT and Communication Area Coordinator of the General Administration Office is appointed as the person in charge of the Peruvian Fisheries Development Fund (FONDEPES) transparency portal development and updating.
6. Draft of “Supreme Executive Order amending the Health Regulation
of Live Bivalve Mollusk approved by Supreme Executive Order
07-2004-PRODUCE” is stipulated to be published. By virtue of Ministerial Order No. 060-2019-PRODUCE published on March 26, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, the draft of the “Supreme Executive Order amending the Health Regulation of Live Bivalve Mollusk approved by Supreme Executive Order
No. 07-2004-PRODUCE” is stipulated to be published, as well as the Presentation of Grounds on the website of the Ministry of the Production (www.gob.pe/produce) in order to receive opinions and suggestions from citizens until March 8, 2019. Such suggestions shall be addressed to the Ministry of the Production for the attention of “Dirección General de Políticas y Análisis Regulatorio en Pesca y Acuicultura” (General Division of Fishery and Agriculture Policies and Regulatory Analysis).
7. Health Regulation of Live Bivalve Mollusk approved by Supreme Executive Order No. 07-2004-PRODUCE is amended. By virtue of Supreme Executive Order No. 002-2019-PRODUCE published on March 29, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, Sections 16, 18, 60 as well as definition 21 from Annex 1 of the Health Regulation of Live Bivalve Mollusk approved by Supreme Executive Order
07-2004-PRODUCE are amended.
1. Logistics Coordinator of the General Administration Office of FONDEPES is appointed. By virtue of Director’s Order No. 032-2019-FONDEPES/J published on March 1, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, Patricia Giovanna JARA ACOSTA is appointed as Logistics Coordinator of the General Administration Office of the Peruvian Fisheries Development Fund (FONDEPES).
2. Studies and Project Coordinator of the General Artisanal Fishery and Aquaculture Investment Division of FONDEPES is appointed. By virtue of Director’s Order No. 033-2019-FONDEPES/J published on March 1, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, Juan Manuel ALPISTE CARO is appointed as Studies and Project Coordinator of the General Artisanal Fishery and Aquaculture Investment Division of the Peruvian Fisheries Development Fund (FONDEPES).
3. Works, Equipment and Maintenance Coordinator of the General Artisanal Fishery and Aquaculture Investment Division of FONDEPES is appointed. By virtue of Director’s Order No. 034-2019-FONDEPES/J published on March 1, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, Badur HUAMÁN CORNEJO is appointed as Works, Equipment and Maintenance Coordinator of the General Artisanal Fishery and Aquaculture Investment Division of the Peruvian Fisheries Development Fund (FONDEPES).
4. Chief of the General Legal Advisory Office of FONDEPES is appointed. By virtue of Director’s Order No. 039-2019-FONDEPES/J published on March 5, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, Gonzalo José BURGOS LLAGUNO is appointed as Chief of the General Legal Advisory Office of the Peruvian Fisheries Development Fund (FONDEPES).
5. Vice-Minister of Fishery and Aquaculture is appointed. By virtue of Supreme Executive Order No. 003-2019-PRODUCE published on March 22, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, María del Carmen ABREGÚ BÁEZ is appointed as Vice-Minister of Fishery and Aquaculture of the Ministry of the Production.
6. Chief of the General Artisanal Fishery Division is appointed. By virtue of Ministerial Order No. 108-2019-PRODUCE published on March 24, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, José Edgardo ALLEMANT SAYÁN is appointed as Chief of the General Artisanal Fishery Division of the Office of the Vice-Minister of Fishery and Aquaculture of the Ministry of the Production.
7. Head of the Monitoring and Assessment Unit of the General Division of Fishery and Agriculture Policies and Regulatory Analysis is appointed. By virtue of Ministerial Order No. 125-2019-PRODUCE published on March 30, 2019 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, Carlos Eduardo PASACHE CÁRDENAS is appointed as Head of the Monitoring and Assessment Unit of the General Division of Fishery and Agriculture Policies and Regulatory Analysis of the Office of the Vice-Minister of Fishery and Aquaculture of the Ministry of the Production.
