On July 11, 2020, SUNAFIL published the new version of the “Protocol on the exercise of labor inspection, within the framework of the National Health Emergency due to the serious circumstances affecting labor and economic activities as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID -19) in the national territory”.
In addition, the Annexes to the Protocol were updated: (i) action plan – plan for monitoring, prevention and control of COVID-19 at work, (ii) inductive letter model, (iii) dissuasive letter model; and (iv) verification of compliance and implementation of the plan for the monitoring, prevention and control of COVID-19 at work.
