CAN: DRAFT ANDEAN TECHNICAL REGULATION ON THE LABELLING OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS
The Andean Community published the Draft Andean Technical Regulation on the Labelling of Cosmetic Products which provides that any member country of the CAN may dispense with the requirement of NSO printing on the label in compliance with commitments assumed in trade agreements between countries.
Additionally, it provides that a sticker or supplementary label may be included to clarify information on the label, except for the lot number. The holder shall have the obligation to inform the health authority on which part of the labeling said sticker will be consigned.

THE PACIFIC ALLIANCE: COMMITMENTS ON COSMETIC PRODUCTS
This Agreement incorporated Annex 7.11 related to provisions on cosmetic products between Member Countries (Peru, Chile, Colombia and Mexico). The annex in question provides, among other things, to eliminate the NSO number on the labeling, to eliminate the Certificate of Free Sale and to harmonize Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.

HEALTHY FOOD: SCHOOL KIOSKS, CAFETERIA AND DINING ROOMS
Ministerial Resolution No. 033-2020/MINSA approved the technical document that states that industrialized foods sold in school kiosks and cafeterias must not be high in sugar, saturated fat, sodium and/or contain trans fats (without octagons).

DIGEMID: REPORT OF DISCONTINUED MEDICINE AND BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS
Holders of health records may use the web application to report the temporary and definitive discontinuation of the manufacture or import of medicine and biological products, as well as their reactivation. This obligation was established by Supreme Decree No. 026-2019-SA, regulation of Emergency Decree No. 007-2019. To access this application you must enter the code of the pharmaceutical establishment and the access code in the following link.
