Creation of the platform “Virtual Migration Agency” and “Virtual Migration Court Registry Office”
The Superintendence Resolution No. 000131-2020-MIGRACIONES, published today, provides for the creation of the platform “Virtual Migration Agency” and “Virtual Migration Court Registry Office”, located on the Institutional Web Portal of the National Superintendence of Migration (www.migraciones.gob.pe), establishing a period of 5 calendar days for its implementation.
The platforms shall allow various online procedures to be carried out, such as changes in migratory quality, extension of residence, special travel permit, permission to sign contracts, registration in the central registry of foreigners, obtaining certificates of migratory movement, duplicate temporary residence permit. – PTP and refund of payments. Likewise, it shall have the Virtual Migration Court Registry Office and shall be used to manage appointments and consultations online, among other services.
Migrations shall require that foreigners have the requirements for each type of procedure in order to carry out the procedures.
